Headteacher’s Welcome
I am delighted to welcome you to Nunnery Wood Primary School. We hope our website gives you a clear insight into our school, our values and the many opportunities we provide for our children.
We are a thriving and happy primary school on the outskirts of the historic city of Worcester, surrounded by beautiful woodland. Nunnery Wood Primary School is an exciting place to learn and grow, with wonderful children, dedicated staff and a wide range of inspiring learning opportunities. Our pupils are at the heart of everything we do.
At NWPS, we believe that learning should be enjoyable, purposeful and ambitious for every child. We are proud to provide a warm, nurturing and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued and confident to learn. We have high expectations for all our pupils and are committed to helping every child achieve their very best, both academically and through their personal and social development.
If you are already part of our school community, we hope you find our website useful for keeping up to date with school news, events and important information.
If you are considering NWPS for your child, we would be delighted to welcome you. We value the important partnership between school and families and work closely together to ensure that each child’s primary school journey is successful, happy and memorable.
Tours for prospective parents take place during the autumn term. However, if you are seeking a school place during the academic year, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to help.
